The Secrets of Positive Thinking: A blog on how to improve your mind power.

I bet if you could challenge yourself to read this every morning and soak it in, you might find your priorities need a tune-up. Maybe even your friendslist

My goal is to help you get clarity with the clutter and focus on your life’s mission which will free up all of your time to be who you are meant to be, live with more energy, vitality, and passion, and feel less like a hamstring injury.

There is no way to “cheat” the system when it comes to adult education

God

Make sure you strategically plan the lessons you need to be done for the week on

the right day. If the laundry room is packed on Monday nights, then do Laundry

on Wednesday. Plan your outfits if you can. Don’t stress. Get yourself a watch with

a timer, and make sure you know your three jobs before starting.

-Grocery shopping: 35-45mn 1. Get pop 2. Get dairy 3. Get paper towels. Tackle

those aisles first. Use the remaining time to shop for the rest. Shopping can cause anxiety for a lot of people. I am not good with math or deals, so it’s easier for me to

use Amazon Fresh or Walmart.Com to get my groceries where I can boldly see the

values on the app right in front of me. Getting things for sale, discount, or on

clearance is the best way to go. Everything ends up cheap at some point.

-Working: split-shift 5 hours: tasks for that day. Human beings are most effective

within the first 6 hours of the waking day /work shift. It’s entirely possible to have

a four-day workweek or a 5-hour workday. It’s about making sure the time spent

at work is just ON work. We wouldn’t need to be at work for 8 hours if everyone

did their jobs adequately and promptly. Studies show that we perform better with

fewer hours and more vigilant work, and shorter workweeks. You don’t need to sit

at your desk and doodle; that’s unproductive.

-If you work from home, SET A SCHEDULE. Change it up however you like.

Sometimes I work 9 pm-3 am. It’s about making sure you get Quality sleep, at least

5 hours of daily work, and enough days off.

-Every week, you should significantly improve your career journey and your

mental one if you adhere to reading and improving emotional intelligence tasks.

-Nothing is a more notable waste oflife than misusing your time. Days are limited,

life is changeable, “if you’re bored, then you’re boring.” If you avoid all your tasks,

then perhaps you aren’t on the correct career path, aren’t taking advantage of your

work time, or are not organizing your priorities. If you’re at work, you should do

something anyway instead of staring at a screen; it might as well be helpful.

-Zero to do. You can always read. Except, of course, you understand absolutely

everything about everything, then you’re fine. I don’t know anyone who knows

everything about everything but never say never. I don’t know everything; I don’t

think you do, either. Teach yourself something. Be your educator. If you aren’t

thinking critically, it’s because you don’t feel like you’re performing essential

obligations. At the end of each day, if all duties are finished, measure how you

think. If you see negative consistencies in emotions, you need to change

something in your life.

IMPORTANT

If you are sad every day and can’t figure out why, look at who and what you did

that day and what made you upset. If you have no real reason, it could very well be

that you aren’t satisfied with your career. To be happy, one must feel like we are

achieving something, going forward, and helping others. If you don’t think or feel

these three things, you’re likely growing close-minded and have already

considered a more worthy career path. I can’t tell you enough that you need to quit

your job if you hate it. 365 days (about 12 months) = 1 year. Do you have how many

good years are left? One second shouldn’t be wasted doing things that don’t help

ANYONE, including you.

Stop blaming other people for your problems. Even if someone is wrong, it doesn’t

matter. Blaming people is saying you have no intention of fixing this problem. You

want to vent and have someone else take care of it. This causes drama. No one is

ever going to agree with you completely, and everyone has different opinions. If

You want to go far in life; sometimes, your best-confined friend is yourself.

Don’t let others step on your goals before you’re done creating them. If you’re

positive you want to try a new career path, and you know deep down you can do it,

then do it without the approval of others. The result and your success will show for

themselves. Keep your ideas to yourself. It sounds counterintuitive to what we’ve

been told, but too many opinions weighing in often results in nothing getting

accomplished. By you, at least. Someone else might take your idea in the

meantime.

A Different Way to View Your Conversations;

Become Trustworthy to Someone

If a co-worker or friend is speaking to you or telling you a story about their life. Sit dora, shut up. and do

the following

Third-party perspectives: if you were a bystander seeing yourself, what do you

think? This lines up with empathy. To communicate effectively, you genuinely

need to take yourself out of your shoes and put them in a stranger’s. The third-

party perspective is usually used when interacting with others. What three things

should you do in every interaction?

Listen, like. Don’t think about what you’re going to say until that person has said

their piece. We can understand information and process it over TWICE as fast as

we can speak. It’s easy to interrupt people, but you can’t. You don’t understand

their end goal, so don’t race with them to win the conversation. They have their

intentions and their reasons for even telling you everything they’re telling you.

Don’t volunteer advice except if asked. Don’t advise if you don’t know the answer.

Google is at the palm of your hands for every conversation.

Take a couple of seconds to register whatever message was given. Can you

sympathize with this character? How would you feel if you were them? That

doesn’t mean apologizing for everything. It means equaling a human and sensing

what others may be undergoing (only enough to be effective) over sympathizing

is not productive. (Remember, you are NOT that person, and it is ISNT happening

to you, but be considerate, as if it could and were happening to you. It makes you

a better listener and conversationalist. We can all identify with certain emotions.

Most people at any given time feel Happy, Sad, Worried, Anxious, Angry,

Depressed, Lonely, Lost, Tired, Bored, Excited, Unsure, Scared, Exhausted,

Depleted, Thrilled, or Emotional. Think of times when you have felt that way; it doesn’t even have to be the same situation, just the same feeling. -Note in your

mind that they are experiencing that exact feeling right now. Everyone in this

world has feelings unless noted by a psychiatric professional. You might not want

to talk to those people at all.

Now you’ve listened and you’ve decided how they feel, you have recognized how

that feeling might be sitting with them by remembering a time you felt that way.

You have been assessed as a third-party stranger; now you can think of your

response. Try to keep conversations under 3 minutes; if you don’t know what to

say- admit that, or don’t say anything. If it’s concerning work, make sure you are

correct with your answer. Don’t act, just do.

Do just that in 3 minutes. Spending too much time on everyone is as bad as

spending no time with someone. If you have one hour to talk to 2 people. Be fair;

get to the point without being brash.

IF YOU DON’T KNOW SOMETHING, DON’T

PRETEND YOU DO.

Reading a sentence in a book about a subject does not make you an expert. It makes

you dangerous. Most often, there are more to issues than we just want to read

about. You can’t stop Kujo before the ending, or you will see the movie differently

than it is.

Pretending to be an expert on something or acting like something you think is a

fact when you aren’t sure if it has one name: Lying.

When someone seeks advice and gives them advice that’s not proper, you could be

leaving them in a dire situation or causing harm to them.

It drags out the issue and confuses everyone.

How to tell a client you don’t know something without seeming unintelligent or

ignorant.

Phrases that I find helpful:

“I apologize. I don’t want to give you a Non-answer I truly don’t know the answer

and need to do x, y, and z to get you the answer you need.

“I can see how frustrating this is to you, and I empathize. I want to make sure Im

guiding you in the right direction, so I need to consult with x, y, z to be helpful.”

Would it be okay if I call you back or if I contact you a little bit later? I want to

investigate this more so I can make sure your situation is handled properly.

IN A DISPUTE

Do not raise your voice or swear, and don’t allow others to yell at you or swear. It’s

not acceptable or right whether at work or home. Swearing is a sign of stupidity

and a lack of proper education.

Would you please not swear at someone or tell them they are unreasonable? Ask,

“how can I help this situation? How can I help you.

Tell the person as calmly as possible that you do not tolerate or help people if they

are swearing at you. To avoid saying that if it’s terrible, do a quick brb and get your

manager because you cannot fix this at that point.

With, if you try every method, you’ll end up back at the beginning. There is no way to

“cheat” the system when it comes to being productive and developing good. The only way

to cheat is to do it the right way; most people don’t consider this. Practices are EASILY

built if they are correctly structured and have achievable milestones and an achievable

completion date. Everything else is just an idea or a thought. Turn that thought into action

by taking the first step. The very first small step.

Once A Cheater; Twice A Cheater

Once A Cheater; Twice A Cheater

Liar, Cheater, Thief

Be careful. The world is full of Human creation or cosmos reflecting on themselves. Not all cosmos have good intentions.

once a cheater, always an asshole; cheating and lying go hand in hand with people who aren’t good. (especially at life).

If you have been cheated on and you’re still with your mate. Leave. Now. If someone you know allows someone to cheat on them, get higher quality friends with more self-esteem.

I get it. I’ve lived it. I’ve overcome it, and not one single cheater was different in the end. In the end, you get left. Believe what you must, but I promise you, right here and now, you are not ever going to find peace in your relationship again. It’s easier to walk away than you think.

ρєσρℓє ωнσ тнιик ¢нєαтєяѕ ωσит ¢нєαт αgαιи αяє ʝυѕт ¢heating тнємѕєℓνєѕ: cheating is a lie. A lie is a cooperative act. If you cooperate with the lie that you will not get cheated on, then you seal your own fate.

When you take a person back after they have cheated on you, you’re not asking them never to do it again; you’re telling them to lie better next time.

See, people can change their hair, clothes, friends, and thoughts: but not always their fables. Just remember, if you were cheated on, you most likely agreed to it, and it will occur again. Infidelity is a repetitious feat.

Second chances are so crucial for the right people. I’ll give my friends second chances for drinking too much and being foolish or even a boyfriend who throws a fit. But I don’t provide murderers a second chance: so does everyone deserve a second chance? I’m a good person. Does that mean I should get a pony? No. No one deserves anything in this world. Life is just that, how you see it and what you put out there. You must surround yourself with positive people; why? You’re a human. No one cares. Well, you do. So walk away for yourself. Stop making excuses. Again, no one truly cares but you.

NO- learn that utterance. Love it, embrace it, understand it

Liars, cheaters, thieves never rectify for a long time. They may change the subject on what they lie, cheat and steal, but they don’t change into a truer Human. Rightful if they did, they’d lie, cheat, and steal. But not with you because no one wants to be with a pushover, and that is now how they’re seeing you. You don’t hurt people you respect. Maybe once it was good, but once is not a declaration that they would never lie, cheat, or steal. It’s a well-kept secret until the accused goes back to their values; lying, cheating, and stealing.

“If it occurs once,
it will happen again
If it goes on again
it has now happened twice
If it happens again,
It will happen again,
Again,
Again,
Again;
The cycle does not ever end.”

Shhhhh

“A habitual cheaters lie to you and themselves. Even they think they won’t cheat again. The thing is, they will. You don’t need to wait for anyone to belittle your own self-worth”

Supplements; Quit Adderall

Supplements; Quit Adderall

Vitalrecord.tamhsc

When deciding you’ve had enough, quitting Adderall or its equivalent will involve you and everyone around you to show and establish the most helpful thing, a support system, to begin with, is to educate my family and me on withdrawal, Adderall’s chemical compounds, and what this stimulant medication does to my brain and body.

The first thing I learned was my brain has to learn how to produce dopamine and serotonin on its own, and during this process, I will behave upset, on edge, and anxious. I also knew that I had likely destroyed my output for my adrenals, which contributes to sleep/wake processes, so fatigue in the beginning and bouts of insomnia about six days into drying out would be expected.

Last but not least, I had a fear that my metabolism may slow down without Adderall speeding things up, so I wanted to make sure I was on top of my weight management. When I read further into it, Adderall contributes to slower metabolism if used as an adult, long term.

Here are a few of my quick tips and tricks that helped with treatment for SAD disorders or diseases of the mind, such as, inability to create our own happiness. (serotonin, adrenal, and dopamine)

The first few days are easy, for those with no obligations- you will be sleeping excessively. Get the sleep aid (melatonin) because day 5-7 are bits of extreme anxiety and nervousness, followed by, a clear mind.

Sentiments of Anxiety + Depression are going to happen. You need to remember that these feelings are TEMPORARY. You will not be “high” anymore but you will not be that sad, all the time. If you can go 11 days clean you’ve beat the physical addiction, and mental addiction is based on your strength in restraining. Quitting Adderall shouldn’t mean upping your doses of other medicine such as benzos. It means you commit yourself to not dying a painful, young, untiming death.

Medicalnewstoday.com

Are there any drugs on the market to replace Adderall?

No. There are supplements you can take depending on your mood. You should see how you feel around day 11 before considering supplenting primarily Non-FDA approved medications.

If you are most of the way through withdrawal and extra hydration, meditation, cleaning, exercise, and rest didn’t help. It’s possible you may need a little extra help fixing the engines on your serotonin or/and dopamine machines.

Dopamine is associated with pleasurable sensations, along with learning, memory, motor system function, and more. Serotonin. This hormone (and neurotransmitter) helps regulate your mood as well as your sleep, appetite, digestion, learning ability, and memory. “Sep 30, 2019

Amino acid Mucuna pruriens boosts dopamine levels in humans, particularly those with Parkinson’s disease, a nervous system disorder that affects movement and is caused by a dopamine deficiency

Some studies have found that supplementing with Ginkgo biloba in the long term increased dopamine levels in rats, which helped improve cognitive function, memory and motivation (healthline)

Ginkgo biloba extract appeared to boost dopamine secretion by decreasing oxidative stress.

Curcumin is the active element of turmeric. Curcumin comes in capsule, tea, extract, and powdered forms.

Oregano oil supplements increase levels of dopamine and produce antidepressant effects in mice. Human-based studies is lacking research.

Magnesium and its antidepressant qualities provided that magnesium deficiency contributes to decreased dopamine levels and increased risk of depression.

Vitamin D has numerous functions in your body, involving the regulation of specific neurotransmitters like dopamine.

Green Tea has long been touted for its antioxidant properties and nutrient contents also contain the amino acid L-theanine, which directly affects your brain.has many roles in your body, including the regulation of certain neurotransmitters like dopamin

L-theanine increases dopamine production, similar to antidepressants, and L-Theanine has an enhancing cognitive boost in it.

Fish Oil helps with dopamine regulation when taken daily.

Caffeine (for some)increases brain function by boosting dopamine receptor levels in the brain.

Ginseng root can be eaten raw or steamed, but it’s also available in other forms, such as tea, capsules or pills. It enhances brain function, mood, behavior and enhances memory.

Berberine increases dopamine levels and helps to fight depression and anxiety disorder.

Dopamine is essential for brain health, and the health of your body and mind. Dopamine affects many brain-related processes, such as attitude, vitality, and memory.

Normally, the body regulates dopamine levels on its own, but medical conditions, diet, and lifestyle choices can increase or decreass your dopamine levels.

Along with eating a balanced diet, many possible supplements may help encourage the release of dopamine, including probiotics, fish oil, vitamin D, magnesium, ginkgo and ginseng.

This, in turn, will enhance the brain process and mental vigor.

All of the supplements have a sound safety profile when used correctly. However, some supplements may interfere with specific prescription or over-the-counter medications. Be sure to check for interactions with meds.

Is Life A Video Game?

Is Life A Video Game?

Short Version: Final Destination “Choose Your Fate” 3rd in the series dvd disc extra, was the first I personally, have recognized the theory. Alex Zhavoronokov, forbes magazinewriter further explains the Cognitive World Theory. This theory is over two years old and Alex is an expert in AI healthcare and longevity also in biotechnology. No, we may be living in an unknown world with no facts, but yes, we are in a video game if you consider that all your daily decisions are going to be used to advance A.I and that your data and what you do on a regular basis is being monitored for civilizations future. You can even have A.I replicate your “brain blueprint” like the new A.I smart app, Replika.

Is Life A Recursive Video Game?

VIDEO POSTED BY AUTHOR OF THE TACO TALKS

The idea that we are living inside a simulation is not new. Many religions propose the existence of a creator—an omnipotent deity who formed the world and set its rules in motion—but this is simply another way of framing the video game hypothesis.

It’s bigger than you think. Of the 7.4 billion people on this planet, only about 1.2 billion are non-religious or atheist. In other words, 84 percent of us are comfortable with the idea of the world as the work of a creator, and ourselves as temporary characters waiting to transition to a better world.

Some religions take this further with concepts of respawning (e.g., reincarnation), which might depend on one’s performance through life, and points (e.g., karma) accumulated in each iteration.

Every religion that defines a creator and a set of rules also assumes our world is a simulation.

Nick Bostrom, a professor at the University of Oxford and the founder of the Future of Humanity Institute, developed a strong theoretical and philosophical framework for the simulation hypothesis.  We are familiar with simulations from popular films like The Matrix, Tron, Ready Player One, and TV shows like Black Mirror. The Academy-Award winning film Inception—about a dream within a dream within a dream—is a globally popular example of a recursive simulation.

Yet these are like mere daydreams compared to the power and reach of the future video games.

With the explosion of the consumer market, video game developers can invest unprecedented resources into the creation of realistic games, with no end in sight. Many are approaching truly life-like realism with massive multiplayer options.

To succeed, the games must be sticky.

A player must become convinced that he or she belongs to the new world, while more or less forgetting about the world outside. This feature is especially appealing for those trying to escape from unpleasant situations. Wouldn’t it be great to spend time away from your current reality while recovering from the flu, dealing with a difficult colleague, or just having a bad day?

If we take a look at the most successful open world video game franchises—Assassin’s CreedFalloutDeus Ex—we notice that their worlds are built “in our image.” They resemble our earthly environment.

These video games offer a simplified representation of reality, while cleverly appealing to our most primordial instincts. The ability to be reborn, explore many alternative scenarios, and even kill others without guilt, is all part of a god-like experience that contributes to their addictive potency.

Many games are recursive—we can play a game within the game. When you grow bored with the main game or would like to earn some points, you start playing a game within a game. If this life is a simulation, there’s a chance that when we exit or die, it will be an exit into another simulation, or a respawn in this reality.

If this life is a video game, and at this moment there are hundreds of thousands of people working on making realistic and captivating video games trying to replicate and augment our reality, we’re likely to soon be pulled into a new, better reality created by us.

Hence, my answer to the question “Is this life a recursive video game?” is “Most likely yes.”

There has never been a better time to be alive. Our grandparents witnessed the transition from horse-drawn buggies to cars and 747 airplanes. We are likely to see a transition from this reality to an abundance of new, ever more realistic and powerful realities.

At the same time, present and future generations will probably experience substantially longer lifespans.

This combination—a profusion of realities and longer lifespans—will change everything.

While there is much talk about income inequality, the number of people living in poverty is rapidly decreasing. Middle-class families enjoy a better quality of life and more entertainment options than the Queen of England just two centuries ago. The Queen certainly didn’t have access to comfortable air travel, Netflix, fresh fruit, and video games.

In a sense, video games level the divide between the rich and poor, young and old, because in the game you’re free to choose your own role.

Economic factors are making video games necessary.

Realistic and addictive video game development is an economic necessity for two basic reasons: Labor is being displaced by AI, while the planet’s expanding population is living longer.

Despite a slowing birth rate in developed countries, the world’s population continues to grow at an unprecedented rate. Still, many of today’s jobs will be replaced by artificial intelligence.

The extra time available to humans must be spent somewhere, somehow.

In response, the entertainment industry is in upheaval. Companies like Amazon, Alibaba and YouTube are investing billions into projects to create and deliver video content, while others like Tencent pour resources into mobile gaming. As Generation X—the first generation to grow up with video games—reaches retirement age, video games are likely to become even more profitable and sophisticated.

Won’t life get boring?

After a lecture on advances in longevity biotechnology, I’m frequently asked, “What will happen if people are able to live significantly longer in a youthful, disease-free state? Won’t life get boring?”

My quick answer is: Try playing the new open world video games. By the time you get comfortable with the controls, you’ll be addicted to at least one of them. And if you don’t like playing, then generate content for those who do play.

An educational component could be added for today’s retirees. When they wake from the immersive experience, they could go back to work, if they so choose.

Video games are a key to Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).

[NOW WE HAVE FORWARD SELF-CODING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SMART SELF-AWARE CHATBOTS] – Robyn Cobb

Today, many excellent open world games are free to play, it just takes a little longer to advance and build up one’s character. Even if you’re not paying, your personal data has value; it can be collected, analyzed, used, or sold.

In the future, gamers will help train Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). One strategy for developing super intelligent AI systems is to have them interact with human players in life-like environments, allowing them to evolve.

Most advanced AI companies are already training their AIs to play against humans in video games like DoTA and StarCraft.

If we couple this trend with advanced brain-to-computer interfaces, it may be possible to produce advanced AGI that will continue even further, both developing and cloning games themselves—and the humans within them. See Replika App Article.

Video game developers should consider making games less violent so that when AGI is brought into this world it doesn’t kill us all. And if you are playing video games, chose the least violent. Developers get their feedback via revenue, and it’s unfortunate that the most popular games are also the most violent.

Video games are an untapped goldmine of decision information

The Witcher, a brilliant Polish game series, offers hundreds of hours of alternative gameplay with divergent endings. You can cheat, be honorable, kill, or show mercy. The barriers between good and bad are blurred, and you’re free to make choices that suit your personality.

The recent video game masterpiece Detroit: Become Human collects and displays stats on player decisions. I’m able to view a decision tree showing my path through the game, complete with the percentage of others around the world who made the same decisions. In theory, we might receive something similar at the end of our lives—perhaps Judgement Day is simply a final decision tree?

With modern AI algorithms, these decision trees can be linked to information about the player, so as to build a psycho-type and predict player behavior in the future. The decisions people make inside video games are extremely valuable—in fact, they’re undervalued at present. I would love to acquire these statistics for prospective employees, so as to select only the most righteous and suitable for each role.

Still, there’s currently no market for this data, and of course, the ethical guidelines of such hiring practices have yet to be established.

Quests within games sometimes pose odd ethical dilemmas. As an example, let’s consider a popular side quest in Assassin’s Creed called “Age is Just a Number.” Outside the Sanctuary of Delphi, a mature, married woman challenges the player to procure ingredients for a stimulating elixir that will help her husband satisfy her constant cravings. Later, the player is given an option to offer themselves as the solution while the relieved husband waits outside. If the objective of the game is to maximize points, an AI agent playing the game will choose rationally and satisfy the woman. However, many humans are likely to pass on the opportunity. Detailed global statistics from this scene could result in a fascinating, high-impact research paper that evaluates factors contributing to ageism.

As humans, achieving a new level of recursion should help us become better rather than worse.

In a time of tremendous profusion and change, where should you start?

My advice: Live this life as if you’re in a video game.

Imagine that as you progress through your day, all your decisions are monitored and recorded. Most religious people already subscribe to this idea. Try a recent video game, like Detroit: Become Human, and assume that your choices will be available to spectators and friends when you come out of the game.

How will you play? This approach will require a more stringent moral and ethical framework than any religion or philosophy can provide.

In the game of life, an optimal strategy should take into account the common good. At the same time, we must find a universal metric to evaluate our performance as we play.
